Noida, Oct 09: Grandthum, the mixed-use commercial destination by Group 108, will open to the general public on 11th October 2026. Located in Greater Noida West, the development brings together retail, culinary, lifestyle & entertainment experiences in one place.
Over the past few weeks, Grandthum has been building its line-up of brands. Indriya by Aditya Birla Jewellery was the first to open its store, followed by Bluestone. Blue Tokai, the well-known speciality coffee brand, has now joined the thriving ecosystem of Grandthum.
Mr. Sanchit Bhutani, Managing Director, Group 108, said,
“We always believed Grandthum had the potential to become more than a commercial development. With offices already operational and brands progressively opening their doors, that idea is taking shape. The Retail Experience on 11 October is another important step in that journey.”
Dr. Amish Bhutani, Managing Director, Group 108, said,
"Grandthum has been conceived as a destination that responds to the changing needs of Greater Noida West, where the residential and commercial landscape is growing steadily. Our objective has been to bring together reputed brands, thoughtful design and a well-planned environment, so that visitors have a reason to return and businesses have a place to grow. The presence of Indriya by Aditya Birla Jewellery, Bluestone and Blue Tokai reflects the confidence that leading brands place in this development. As we open Grandthum to the general public on 11 October, we look forward to welcoming our first visitors and to expanding the brand line-up in the days ahead. This is an important step in Group 108's commitment to creating quality, long-term value for the communities we serve."
As the region continues to attract new residents and businesses, destinations that offer more than routine retail are becoming increasingly relevant. Grandthum’s combination of high-street shopping, dining, entertainment and open spaces is designed to respond to this evolving lifestyle. The beginning of Retail Experience at Grandthum is therefore likely to attract not only shoppers, but also families, professionals and groups looking for a convenient place to spend time, connect and unwind.
The public opening will allow visitors to experience Grandthum for the first time. Shoppers will have a choice of jewellery stores, along with places to dine and unwind. Grandthum has been planned as a destination people visit for more than one reason, whether to shop, dine, meet or work.
The launch may therefore mark more than the opening of another retail address. It could signal the emergence of a new gathering point for Greater Noida West, one where shopping, food, entertainment and lifestyle come together under one roof.
