Mumbai, Oct 15: Prime Video brings a wide variety of content from across the globe for the audience this week.
The race for the ultimate ruler crown brought Gautam Gulati and Shehzad Poonawalla face-to-face, with the challenge putting their equations to the test. With Priyanka Chahar Choudhary not stepping up for Gautam, Shehzad seized the opportunity to claim the throne and send him back to the Basement. But Gautam’s fall was only the beginning of another round of kalesh. His return reignited his rivalry with Kaira Anu, while Sara Gurpal joined the confrontation, turning the Basement into the centre of fresh drama. As Gautam and Shehzad’s friendship came under strain, old equations began to unravel and tensions across the Tower continued to build. Amid the chaos, Tej Pratap Yadav’s exit brought an emotional pause to the game. A special video call with his father, Lalu Prasad Yadav, made the moment particularly poignant, before Tej bid farewell to the Tower.
His departure left his fellow contestants shocked and visibly saddened, as the Rulers and Workers said goodbye to someone who had become a favourite in the house. The game, however, had little time to stand still. Three wildcards - Rishabh Jaiswal, Sonam Malik and Jashwanth Bopanna entered the Tower, with Rishabh joining the Penthouse and Sonam and Jashwanth heading to the Basement. Their arrival brought new possibilities to a game already shaped by shifting loyalties and simmering rivalries. With the Workers still eyeing a chance to turn the tables, the race for the next Ultimate Ruler began, bringing Shehzad’s reign to an end and opening up the Tower to yet another power struggle. Produced by Banijay Asia, Rise and Fall Season 2 is streaming for free, exclusively on Prime Video and the MX Player Android app, refreshed with a new identity — MX Player by Prime Video, with new episodes dropping daily at 12 noon.
